"De Gouden tip van Ownership" : a book by Thomas Van Eeckhout

With more than a hundred shareholders active in the company, IT company Easi is a forerunner in participatory entrepreneurship. The shared ownership model is part of a broader philosophy, which you can’t explain on one A4 sheet: you could write an entire book about it. Co-CEO Thomas Van Eeckhout felt the same way. The result, 'De Gouden tip van Ownership', is a management book that advocates participatory entrepreneurship, but also reflects on the importance of consistently focusing on culture and values.

‘De Gouden tip van Ownership’

The book ‘De Gouden tip van Ownership’ was created in collaboration with Lannoo Campus. Thomas Van Eeckhout tells the story of Easi based on the historical background and business strategy. With the five basic human needs (recognition, transparency, freedom, trust and love) as a guideline, we zoom in more deeply on the unique HR approach, supported by strong testimonials from colleagues. Finally, with concrete tips and insights, the book aims to inspire others and provide insights that may lead to concrete improvements in their company.

The book is available online through various e-commerce channels. This concerns the well-known sales channels such as Bol and Fnac, including the websites of Lannoo and Lannoo Campus. The book costs €34.95.
