Inauguration Easi Liège

Belgian IT company Easi is moving its offices in Liège to a new building and taking the opportunity to expand. It is doubling its capacity to accommodate all its employees from the region. "Moving was imperative. We were really cramped in our old offices. The Liège team has continued to grow, welcoming more and more collaborators. Our on-site development is undeniable, and there are still professional opportunities available to us in the region. We have already seen significant growth in one year, as we increased our revenue in Liège by 20% and also doubled our team members," explains Alexandre Guilbert, manager at Easi.

Easi joins "Project Escale"

Just a few streets away from its former site, Easi has taken up residence in a building that was completed this year. The Belgian company is thus joining the real estate project Escale, estimated at 18 million euros and managed by Liège Airport, a partner that Easi has been working with for 8 years. The Belgian company, present all over Belgium, previously occupied a building that is already managed by Liège Airport. "When we made the decision in 2021 to move our offices, we knocked on their door first. It seemed logical to us due to the many years of existing collaboration. All lights were green to join this extensive real estate project," explains Maxime D'Amico, project manager at Easi.

By increasing from 16 to 49 seats, Easi has tripled its capacity. "We are close to the airport and strategic roadways like the E42. Of course, we considered setting up in the city center, but that would have significantly complicated access to our offices, both for our employees and our clients. Joining the Escale project was therefore the best choice for us. We also played the local card since everything is Belgian: from the builder and the decorator to the furniture supplier," adds Maxime D'Amico.

Innovative Workspace

The Escale project aims to offer workspaces with high-end technology and a reduced environmental footprint. "We had carte blanche for the organization of our offices and for decoration. We were able to go far in customizing our offices, and we are delighted with it. At the time, we shared our floor with other companies. Today, we occupy an entire floor ourselves, and we even leave open the possibility, in agreement with Liège Airport, of occupying a second one," says Jean-François Herremans, co-CEO of Easi.

In addition to the breathtaking view of the green spaces surrounding the new building, the well-being of employees also guided the layout of Easi's floor. "We wanted functional, pleasant, and colorful premises. Our goal is always the same with every construction, move, or rental: to provide the best workspace for our employees in order to offer them optimal working conditions," concludes the CEO.
