As a trainee Microsoft Engineer, you will have the unique opportunity to gain in-depth knowledge of Microsoft solutions and services. You will be immersed in a stimulating learning environment where you will gain practical experience and participate in challenging projects at several of our clients. 

Under the guidance of our experienced Engineers and Project Managers, you will learn:

• Designing and implementing Microsoft-based IT infrastructure
• Managing and maintaining systems with a focus on Microsoft Server and Cloud solutions
• Performing assessments of Microsoft environments
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical incidents
• Adapting and testing new configurations/features from a virtual lab environment, until go-live in production at the customer's site 
• Building knowledge and achieving recognised Microsoft certifications, such as MS900 or AZ900, within no more than three months. See other examples here 
• Collaborate with the team of engineers, sales, developers, business and functional analysts to offer the best possible and tailor-made solutions to our clients
• Exploring the full Microsoft ecosystem: Microsoft Defender, M365, Azure, Intune, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams ...
• Staying up to date with the latest developments within the Microsoft ecosystem including Microsoft Copilot

Must-have:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree (in progress) in IT
• Good knowledge of English (reading, writing, speaking)
• Eager to learn
• Proactive and results-oriented mindset

 

Nice-to-have:

• Affinity or initial knowledge of Microsoft products & services
• Microsoft certificates
